To make this happen, they have added three new Tiers: 700, 725 and 750. For customers who are interested in receiving free porting, simply fill out the Letter of Authorization (LOA) that is found in the BackOffice and select the Network that indicates the no cost porting. This will be reflected as Tier 700 and is available to customers in most major markets. “On average, we can port numbers onto our network in 11-days from the time of submission. Adding the wrinkle of free porting makes moving a number to VoIP Innovations an easy decision for our resellers,” stated Barry Yancosek, VoIP Innovations Provisioning Manager. Along with no cost porting, VoIP Innovations is now offering the ability to choose your DID cost. When customers order new DIDs, they will notice there are two new Tiers: 725 and 750. Tier 725 has DIDs available for $0.25 DIDs and Tier 750 has DIDs available for $0.50. Customers will also notice that VoIP Innovations has added new information to their DID ordering process. The DID Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC) will now appear, allowing reseller to not only choose the carrier and features but the price as well. Having the ability to choose DID pricing adds even more flexibility to an already flexible service.
