Investor Alert: a Class Action Has Been Filed against Lifelock, Inc.; Investors Encouraged to Inquire about Their Legal Rights

Holzer & Holzer, LLC announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on behalf of investors who purchased LifeLock (News - Alert), Inc. ("LifeLock" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: LOCK) securities between February 26, 2013 and February 19, 2014. The complaint alleges that LifeLock misled investors and/or failed to adequately disclose that the Company was in violation of applicable rules and regulations regarding its market and advertising practices, and, according to the complaint, as a result LifeLock was also violating a Settlement Order previously entered into with the FTC (News - Alert) in March 2010.

OnFebruary 19, 2014, LifeLock disclosed that it met with the FTC about its alleged failure to comply with the Settlement Order, and the Company's stock price fell on the news.
