Alianza Taps Joe Demmons as VP of Sales [Health & Beauty Close - Up](Health & Beauty Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Alianza, Inc., a cloud voice platform provider, said that Joe Demmons has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. In a release, the Company said that in this role Demmons will drive new business, cultivate customer relationships and help shape its strategy in delivering wholesale voice over IP (VoIP) and unified communications solutions. Demmons brings a track record, experience and industry insight developed through his prior roles. "Joe has a stellar reputation for success, integrity and passion for customer advocacy." Alianza said that Demmons is a telecommunications industry veteran with over 23 years of operations and sales leadership experience, driving revenue and developing business in a number of organizations. Prior to joining Alianza, Joe served as Regional Vice President of Sales at Metaswitch Networks, where he focused on the cable market and secured one of the largest customer accounts in the history of the company. He held similar positions at two companies he co-founded, ECG and Vwave Communications. Prior to those roles, he served as Vice President of Operations at DURO Communications.
