NashTech Ranked in Top Three Best Software Technology Companies(OMX Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON, 2014-02-25 12:32 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IT outsourcing company NashTech was rated number 3 Software Development company in a recent survey of '100 best places to work' in Vietnam. Just behind technology heavyweight Microsoft, NashTech (listed under its Harvey Nash group affiliation) came out strongly ahead of companies such as IBM, Intel and HP. The survey, by local company Anphabe and market researcher Nielsen, involved over 9,000 participants from more than 1,000 companies. Notably, the six main scoring criteria (salary-benefits-bonuses, development opportunities, culture and values, leadership, work-life balance and corporate reputation) re-emphasised the importance of culture, talent development and reputation in attracting and retaining staff.
