Jump Technologies Adds Healthcare Technology Business Veterans to Its Board of Directors [Health & Beauty Close - Up]

According to a release, each brings more than 20 years of experience in this field, and will provide insight into the challenges facing the healthcare industry and how technology can help improve cost, quality and outcomes.

Angie Franks has broad management and marketing experience in healthcare, serving small rural hospitals, physician clinics and long-term care organizations. The former Healthland president and CEO is well known and respected as a veteran of hospital and healthcare issues. While at Healthland, Franks drove exceptional revenue growth margin increase while launching and supporting two electronic medical records platforms. Before becoming vice president of market development with Lawson Software, she was head of sales and marketing for GeoAccess (geographic information systems software for health insurance), which was sold to Ingenix (now OptumInsight), a strategic consultancy for the healthcare industry.


Fanning, Infor vice president of healthcare industry strategy, has hands-on experience at healthcare clinics and multinational companies. With a successful record in developing strategic information technology solutions, he has a practical vision of how to make businesses better through supply chain and procurement, enterprise financial systems and related compliance, business intelligence and cloud computing. He held several executive management positions, including director of global healthcare strategy at Infor, healthcare industry strategy director at Lawson Software (now Infor), and managing director and principal at Lingo Technologies, a NetSuite solution provider. He also served on the Board of Directors for the ASU Health Care Supply Chain Research consortium and was an executive participant in the Strategic Marketplace Initiative (SMI).
