Assurant Solutions Contact Center Director Named Silver Stevie® Award Winner

contracts, today announced that Jimmy Griffith, director of quality
assurance, was presented a silver award at the eighth annual Stevie®
Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Stevie Awards recognized Griffith for excellence and achievement in
the contact center leader of the year category. This is the fourth
Stevie award Assurant has won in the past three years.

turnover and achieved significant efficiencies.
