LEXINGTON, Mass. --(Business Wire)--

Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNCE) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $14.00 per share, before underwriting discounts.

UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities (News - Alert) acted as lead manager and Roth Capital Partners acted as co-manager for the offering.
