Once Mr. Lewis and his team made their decision, they moved forward with an implementation plan customized by ExecuTime to fit with their schedule and requirements. Specifically, they needed user training to ensure that both the staff and supervisors would be ready to use the ExecuTime system after it was installed. "We had ExecuTime come onsite to do our training, and it was excellent," explains Mr. Lewis. Now that ExecuTime is fully installed and operational in San Francisco's Department of Human Resources, he reports that both staff and supervisors are seeing solid benefits.
