In this role Demmons will drive new business, cultivate customer relationships and help shape the company's strategy in delivering wholesale voice over IP (VoIP) and unified communications solutions. Demmons brings a strong track record, extensive experience and deep industry insight developed through his prior roles.

Demmons is a telecommunications industry veteran with over 23 years of operations and sales leadership experience, driving revenue and developing business in a number of organizations. Prior to joining Alianza, Joe served as Regional Vice President of Sales at Metaswitch Networks, where he focused on the cable market and secured one of the largest customer accountsin the history of the company. He held similar positions at two companies he co-founded, ECG and Vwave Communications. Prior to those roles, he served as Vice President of Operations at DURO Communications.
