As Chief Operating Officer for Sales, Sergei Belsky will be responsible for developing an effective commercial corporate structure, optimizing logistics, trade financing, price risk management and contract administrative management in regional markets. As Director of Russia and CIS Sales, Roman Andryushin will be in charge of the marketing and sales of a diverse range of products in the Russian and CIS markets. He will focus on the development of long-term relations with Russian and CIS consumers, measures to stimulate aluminium consumption among domestic industries and new market opportunities for RUSAL.
