Sparks, Plano, Texas, Adam B. Roach, Dallas, and Byron Campen, Dallas, for "methods, systems, and computer readable media for throttling traffic to an internet protocol (IP) network server using alias hostname identifiers assigned to the IP network server with a domain name system (DNS)." The patent application was filed on July 30, 2009 (12/512,971).
