BRIEF: Live: U.S. Senate discusses Target data breach, other data security issues [Pioneer Press, St. Paul, Minn. :: ](Saint Paul Pioneer Press (MN) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Feb. 04--John Mulligan, Target's chief financial officer, will testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee this morning during a hearing on preventing cyber crime. This is the second in a series of Congressional hearings scheduled in the wake of the theft of customer data from Target's point of sale systems -- affecting as many as 110 million Target shoppers.
