Marketing Automation experts launch eTrigue® in Europe

(M2 PressWIRE Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Fast-Start Customer Programme accelerates adoption of eTrigue's intelligent and intuitive marketing automation solutions.

Bracknell - eTrigue Corporation (http://www.etrigue.com), today announced its expansion into the European market led by business growth specialists Jeff Barnes and David Godden. They were responsible for introducing, developing and creating market share for both ExactTarget(TM) and Pardot(TM) in Europe and have been appointed to establish eTrigue in the European market with its main offering DemandCenter marketing automation. The new subsidiary, eTrigue Europe Limited, is based in London. eTrigue solutions are aimed at the SMB marketing automation sector which Gartner estimates will reach $4.8b by 2015, with 50% in the SMB market.

"Both Jeff and David have considerable experience in growing European operations and have been instrumental in the development and evolution of both the email marketing and marketing automation sectors" said Jim Meyer, vice president and general manager of eTrigue. "As such, we are delighted that they are joining us to expand our International operations." A major issue with marketing automation, identified by Gleanster Research, is that marketers continue to struggle to embrace it due to their lack of resources available to implement. They further highlight that 7 out of 10 organisations had tried multiple marketing automation tools. eTrigue DemandCenter is being launched with a Fast-Start Customer Programme with a value of 2,000 which is being offered as a complimentary service in the UK. This provides customers with implementation and configuration consultancy to ensure that new installations are active and productive immediately.

Jeff Barnes, director of eTrigue Europe, said; "Our experience and market research tell us that too many companies invest heavily in marketing automation software but do not see the rewards because they don't have the time to implement and configure them fully. With our Fast-Start Customer Programme we make sure that customers benefit from their investments straightaway. Fellow director David Godden added, "No other companies in the marketing automation arena provide this service and we intend to be different in our approach from day one. We put customers firmly in the driving seat with the ability to create and customise campaigns in order to capitalise quickly on market changes and so sales opportunities are no longer missed." Adam Sharp, group managing director of CleverTouch, the UK's leading marketing automation consultancy, commented: "Having known and worked with Jeff and David for many years and understanding that marketing automation here in Europe is very service oriented, this is a smart approach by eTrigue in its International development. Not only is the company appointing a solid team with a proven track record of launching vendors into Europe, but its approach of focusing on making all eTrigue customers successful through its Fast-Start Customer Programme - rather than just selling them software - is absolutely the right way to go."
