American Campus Communities Announces Quarterly Dividend


AUSTIN, Texas --(Business Wire)--

(NYSE: ACC), the nation's largest owner and manager of high-quality student housing properties, announced that on January 28, 2014 its board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share of common stock, payable on February 21, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2014.
