ACHIEVEMENTS Michael P. Welbes general services and accounting partner, has passed the Series 65 test and is a licensed investment adviser representative. He has more than 15 years of tax, accounting, business valuation and management advisory experience in a variety of industries. He leads the firm's employment tax credit department and valuation advisory service department.

Katie J. Thomas has passed the Series 7 test, qualifying her to process trades with all types of corporate securities. She also has passed the Series 63 test, a securities license entitling her to solicit orders for any type of security in a particular state. She specializes in corporate, partnership and individual tax planning and preparation, financial planning, financial statement preparation, general business consulting and management services, and strategic planning.
