VXL sets a new benchmark in thin and cloud client computing with the launch of its high-performance, quad core Lq desktops with up to a $200 saving over rival products.

Worldwide thin client supplier, VXL Instruments, launches its most powerful, quad core desktop thin client, the LQ series, offering a massive saving of up to $200 over equivalent competitor models.

An excellent choice for Multi-Media applications and Power Users courtesy of its powerful 1.5GHz AMD (News - Alert) Kabini Quad Core processor, the LQ and LQ+, the latter with PCIe slot, offer market leading performance levels together with proven VXL quality from over 30 years thin client expertise.

Featuring a 8GB flash (expandable to 32GB) and 2GB RAM (News - Alert) (expandable to 4GB) as standard, both the ranges benefit from the same space saving design with small desktop footprint and an integrated Radeon HD8330 graphics processor and full 32 Bit graphics support.

Available with Windows Embedded Standard, WES 7 and 8 (WES7e and WES8) operating systems, the LQ series boasts an impressive specification including six USBs (2 x USB 3.0 ports and 4 x USB 2.0), HDMI and Display ports and a serial port while the LQ+ version incorporates a PCIe slot.


Available now, the LQ and LQ+ models come with a three year warranty as standard and are also available with VXL's enterprise-level, Fusion device manager.
