"Bob" Jones as managing director for Crawford Forensic Accounting Services (CFAS) for the United States, a new position. CFAS is part of Global Technical Services, which manages large and complex insurance claims. In his new position Jones will have the responsibility for developing and maintaining U.S. client relationships, managing operational and administrative activities, and supervising forensic accounting services; all of the company's forensic accountants in the United States will report to him. He will work closely with Crawford's Forensic Accounting teams in Canada and with its management teams in Latin America to expand Forensic Accounting Services into those markets. He formerly served as managing director of the Strategic Loss Management Group for GTS, and based in Crawford's Los Angeles office.
