Tessera Technologies names Robert Andersen as CFO(Associated Press Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) An executive shuffle continues at Tessera Technologies, which named Robert Andersen as chief financial officer Friday. Andersen replaces C. Richard Neely, who stepped down in June. John Allen, who served as acting CFO since then, returned to his position as corporate controller. Before coming to Tessera in July, Andersen was CFO at G2 Holdings Corp., which was acquired by electronic components company Avnet Inc. Andersen will report to Thomas Lacey, who was named permanent CEO of Tessera in December. The company has not a permanent CEO since April and has had two interim CEOs in two months. Lacey was named interim CEO in May. The San Jose, Calif., company licenses miniaturization technology for electronic devices Shares of Tessera Technologies Inc., closed at $19.73 Thursday.
