Onondaga County Water Authority goes live with CIS Infinity

Release date- 26112013 - Syracuse, NY and Toronto, ON - Onondaga County Water Authority (OCWA) has completed its implementation of CIS Infinity, the customer information and billing solution from Advanced Utility Systems, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation (Advanced).
OCWA is a Public Benefit Corporation created by the New York State Legislature that provides water to over 100,000 accounts. Its mission is to supply water to the residents and businesses in the Central New York Region for the improvement of their health, welfare and prosperity, in a manner protective of the resource and environment.
This year OCWA received a Platinum Award for Utility Excellence from the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies (AMWA). This award is given to utilities that demonstrate exceptional performance in areas that include customer satisfaction, operational optimization and operational resiliency.
OCWA implemented CIS Infinity as a central component of its program dedicated to exceptional performance.
