The pick-by-voice system has enabled BAeKO to reduce the error rate for order consignments by 95 percent. In the past, warehouse employees sometimes loaded the wrong products or incorrect quantities, leading to customer complaints. The pick-by-voice system uses headsets that guide employees with voice commands when processing orders, greatly enhancing efficiency by reducing packing order errors.
