Support.com reports net income for Q1


May 21, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Support.com, Inc., a provider of cloud-based technology services and software, has reported that net income for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 was $1.88 million, or $0.04 per share, compared to a net loss of $4.37 million, or $0.09 loss per share, for the same quarter ended March 31, 2012.

Total revenues for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 were $20.2 million, compared to $17.59 million for the same quarter ended March 31, 2012.

Gross profit for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 was $10.58 million, compared to $6.83 million for the same quarter ended March 31, 2012.


Income from operations for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 was $1.96 million, compared to a loss from operations of $4.35 million for the same quarter ended March 31, 2012.
