Securian Signs First Firm for New Associate Managing Partner ProgramST. PAUL, Minn. --(Business Wire)-- Roger Fishel, WealthSpan Financial Group, Atlanta, GA, joined the Securian Financial Network as the first field leader in Securian's new Associate Managing Partner program (AMP). Fishel, who holds Series 7, 24, 26, 63, 65 registrations, and life and health insurance licenses, started his career as a financial advisor and has been a firm general manager for six years.
