B. Riley Reports Annual Investor Conference [Professional Services Close - Up](Professional Services Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) B. Riley & Co. announced that two sessions have been integrated into its 14th Annual Investor Conference, an invitation-only conference, scheduled for May 20-22, at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. According to a release, a Monday, May 20, luncheon panel entitled "The State of the Capital Markets" will cover capital raising trends in the equity markets and will include an overview of recent IPOs, Follow-on and Secondary Offerings, Registered Directs and PIPEs, and activity on the various exchanges.
