The City of Troy’s Electric Department serves over 7,800 customers. The line and service crews are responsible for the construction and maintenance of the electric distribution system. The distribution system is made up of 4 electrical substations and more than 170 miles of primary and secondary power lines. The new system features Survalent’s highly available, open-architecture system based on Windows Server.
