Why Apple is sliding

Feb 28, 2013 (BRW - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Millward Brown calculates Apple's brand equity at $A183 billion. Apple has worldwide revenue of $A156 billion and its cash reserves are calculated to be $A117 billion. However, customer satisfaction rates with the iPhone have fallen in the last year in Europe and the US, and many of the US firm's most recent products have not performed strongly. Apple faces challenges dealing with newer rivals such as Google and Samsung. In addition, its customer base is ageing.
