New Home Sales Coach Reveals How Home Builders and Remodelers can Use Virtual Marketplaces to Convert Online Leads to Onsite Prospects

Feb 28, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- As the nation's economy recovers, new home sales are on the rise across the country. But New Home Sales Coach, Rick Storlie, says many sellers and builders are being left out of the boon because they are in need of new home sales training involving web marketing automation (WMA).

He recommends that sales professionals take advantage of the latest technology by setting up their own local virtual marketplaces, instead of opening brick-and-mortar showrooms or spending money on home shows. "Builders can learn a lot from what Amazon.com is doing to Best Buy. They've built a virtual marketplace that never closes, has minimal overhead and is located where every new home and remodeling buyer already is- online," Storlie says.

Under Storlie's plan for web marketing automation the ideal virtual marketplace might include a virtual showroom, a library of resources and social media. "Web marketing automation (WMA) not only allows you to tie all the pieces of your virtual marketplace together, it automates the process of identifying and creating sales ready prospects," says Storlie.

Storlie believes all sellers can learn to use virtual marketplaces to their advantage, as long as they have the right tools. "It doesn't matter if you build 1 or 100 homes a year. Every builder can become a big fish in the small pond of their local market with a virtual marketplace. Why take on the expense and risk of model homes and commercial locations when you don't have to " Storlie says. The overall idea is to engage with potential buyers and build trust before they talk to competitors.

Storlie has created a home sales marketing webinar with a step-by-step demonstration on setting up a virtual marketplace and a formula for generating emails that attract responses. The webinar also details his lead-to-prospect conversion process, along with the six critical pieces of every virtual marketplace.
