PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti _ Jean-Claude Duvalier is expected to appear before Haiti's Court of Appeals under a judge's strict order that he show up following three earlier no-shows. The hearing will mark the first time that the former dictator known as "Baby Doc" speaks openly in court since criminal charges were filed against him after he returned to Haiti in 2011. Duvalier faces arrest if he doesn't show up in court.
