Axesstel Joins Deutsche Telekom's M2M Marketplace


SAN DIEGO, Feb 27, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- -- Partnership geared to boost adoption of M2M products and solutions -- --Axesstel Home Alert products to be made available through Deutsche Telekom's M2M channels -- Axesstel (OTCQB:AXST) announced it has recently signed a partnership with Deutsche Telekom. As part of the agreement, Axesstel became a partner on Deutsche Telekom's M2M Marketplace. Telekom's Marketplace, located at https://marketplace.m2m.telekom.com/, is an e-commerce platform dedicated to promoting solution business in the booming M2M market. Through the partnership, Axesstel is provided with an expanded global presence and innovative tools to establish new business opportunities. Axesstel has launched a new line of Home Alert affordable Wireless Alert Systems that enable network operators to offer new products to their entire subscriber base as well as new subscribers. The Axesstel Home Alert products incorporate voice and broadband access capabilities with security functionality. An emergency backup battery provides continued functionality in the event of a power outage. Arming and disarming of the system is accomplished by keypad, keyfob remote control or smartphone apps.

Advanced models of the Axesstel Home Alert are configurable with up to 200 sensors including light control, thermostat control, smoke detection, door locks, and appliance controls. They can also provide a wire-line replacement terminal that supports all landline phones or POTS features, broadband data access with Wi-Fi capability, storage capacity for a Personal Home Cloud, event triggered video monitoring with live streaming, as well as self-monitoring and third party monitoring options.
