Since January 2005, he has served on the board of directors of COLT Telecom Group SA, Luxembourg, a provider of telecommunications and data center services to businesses throughout Europe. In June 2010, he became a member of the board of NetCracker Technology Corporation, Waltham, Massachusetts, a leading provider of OSS/BSS systems and services to telecommunication carriers throughout the world.

Mr. Gabbard also serves on the board of directors of Tower Cloud, Inc., St. Petersburg, Florida, a provider of 3G/4G fiber based backhaul for wireless carriers throughout the Southeast.
