PolicyPak Enhances BeyondTrust PowerBroker for Windows
(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) (PRWEB) February 26, 2013
PolicyPak Software recently unveiled a new integration. The new integration for PowerBroker gives admins the ability to truly lock down and secure the desktop, so users can’t work around important settings.
When admins use BeyondTrust PowerBroker for Windows, users are able to get a "least privilege" desktop, but still misconfigure the desktop, Control Panel and key applications.
When PolicyPak is introduced into a BeyondTrust PowerBroker for Windows environment, admins can deliver, enforce and remediate application and operating system settings - even when users are disconnected from the network.
A video demonstrating the PolicyPak with PowerBroker for Windows integration is available on the PolicyPak website.
IT Admins and network administrators who want to try out the PolicyPak software can get a free trial by attending a Group Policy Webinar at the PolicyPak Website, or by calling (800) 883-8002.
Founder of PolicyPak Software, Jeremy Moskowitz recently said, “It’s a real beautiful thing. PolicyPak plus PowerBroker for Windows gives admins the maximum security regarding your applications on Windows desktops.”
PolicyPak can deliver and lock down settings using Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy, Microsoft SCCM, Dell KACE, or any other management tool.
