Verizon's 4G LTE network expands into Norwalk, Ohio


Feb 25, 2013 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- US wireless communication services company Verizon Wireless announced on Friday the expansion of its 4G LTE network in the Norwalk area of Ohio.

This expansion by Verizon covers the city of Norwalk, US Route 20 and US Route 250.

Verizon had launched its 4G LTE network in December 2010, which is reportedly currently available to over 273.5 million people in over 476 markets in US. Verizon's 4G LTE network offers speeds up to 10 times faster than 3G.



Verizon Wireless is a joint venture of Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ) (Nasdaq:VZ) and Vodafone (LSE:VOD)(Nasdaq:VOD).
