Mentor Graphics Helps NVIDIA Deliver New Microsoft Visual Studio-Based Android Development Platform
WILSONVILLE, Ore. --(Business Wire)--
Mentor
Graphics Corporation (NASDAQ: MENT) today announced that it
developed a package extension to Microsoft (News - Alert) Visual Studio that enables
seamless native C/C++ and JAVA development for Android software. The
extension is being used in the Android software development platform for
NVIDIA (News - Alert) Tegra processor-powered devices - the NVIDIA Nsight Tegra, Visual
Studio Edition. Developers familiar with the Microsoft Visual Studio
environment benefit from a boost in productivity by continuing to use
their existing experience to develop Android (News - Alert) applications.
