BRIEF: Hamden pizza delivery man robbed at gunpoint in New HavenNEW HAVEN, Feb 04, 2013 (New Haven Register - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Police are searching for a suspect that is accused of stealing pizza and cash from a pizza delivery man. Police met with the pizza delivery man from Pizza Choice in Hamden on Sunday. He said he delivered a pizza to a residence on Wayfarer Street the previous day with no problem. Two men came up to the delivery man and robbed him at gunpoint, according to police. One man was armed and other wasn't. They stole the pizza, cash from the delivery man's pocket and a bottle of soda, according to police. The delivery man said that one of the men who robbed him was the same one who'd bought the pizza from him the previous day without incident. Police checked the address, but the man who answered the door wasn't the perpetrator, according to police.
