One Horizon Group, Inc. Name Change Effective at FINRABAAR, SWITZERLAND, Jan 31, 2013 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- One Horizon Group, Inc. (OTCQB: OHGI) today announced that it obtained the requisite approval for a change of name at FINRA from Intelligent Communication Enterprise Corporation to One Horizon Group, Inc. The name change became effective at FINRA at the opening of business on January 31, 2013. On December 27, 2012, the Company filed Articles of Amendment in Pennsylvania, its state of incorporation, to change its name from Intelligent Communication Enterprise Corporation to One Horizon Group, Inc. In connection with the name change, the Company also filed with FINRA to change its ticker symbol. The Company's ticker symbol changed to OHGI from ICMC effective at the opening of business December 31, 2012. "The name change at FINRA, together with the ticker symbol change, finalizes the securities exchange process between One Horizon Group Plc and Intelligent Communication Enterprise Corporation," stated Mark White, the Company's CEO. Following the completion on November 30, 2012 of the Securities Exchange Agreement between the Company and One Horizon Group Plc, the Company changed its strategic focus to align its efforts and its corporate identity behind its flagship product, Horizon VoIP platform for Smartphones.
