Clear Energy Systems Announces Appointment of Tony Corey as President and Chief Executive OfficerPHOENIX, Jan. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Clear Energy Systems, Inc. (CES) today announced that Mr. Tony S. Corey, who currently serves as a member of the company's board of directors, will assume the additional roles of President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Corey's appointment comes as the company shifts its focus from technical development to becoming a full global manufacturing and marketing company. Mr. Corey's global experience spans several industries and includes overseas assignments all over the world. Mr. Corey served as Corporate Vice President of Rohm and Hass Company, formerly a Fortune 500 company, from 1986 to 1997. He subsequently served as President and CEO of Rodel Inc., a worldwide leader in semiconductor technologies, during its phenomenal growth years from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Anthony J. Carmen Jr., who served as Clear Energy Systems' President and Chief Executive Officer since 2009, will be resuming his position as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TEC International, LLC, a key CES partner.
