Locavore Event Expected to Draw Hundreds of Networkers in Support of Local Small Businesses


Doylestown, PA, Jan 29, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Superior Woodcraft, Inc., nationally-recognized custom cabinetmaker and the Doylestown Business and Community Alliance (DBCA), anticipate more than four-hundred to gather in the cabinet shop at Superior Woodcraft on Thursday, February 21st, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm for their Locavore Networking Event. Attendance is free and open to the public and all business and media organizations.



The event will spotlights an array of locally grown and produced gourmet foods, beverages, and delicacies to promote the value of supporting local producers and small businesses. Attendees will nibble and network inside a large antique factory building where custom cabinets are now handcrafted. Local business owners attend to make new connections and strengthen existing business relationships while learning more about the exceptional quality and diversity of locally available goods, products and services. Community members are welcome to participate and sample the local offerings.

Twenty one local producers will be offering samples of their products, including Blue Moon Acres, Brad's Raw Chips, Buckingham Valley Vineyard, Castle Valley Mill, Confection Perfection, Doylestown Brewing Company, Eat This Yum, Fruitful Baker, Hickory Kitchen, Homestead Coffee Roasters, JustFood, Laurie's Chocolates, OB Sauce, Owow Cow Creamery, Porc Salt, Rose Bank Winery, Sandy Ridge Farm, The Market at Del Val College, Triumph Brewing Co., Wash Tyme Soap and Wycombe Vineyard.


Networking events are an important platform for local businesses to make new contacts, build relationships and generate leads.
