The Version 5.10.2 release of the Contact Center for Microsoft Lync portfolio is centered around support for the upcoming launch of Microsoft Lync Server and Lync Client 2013.  Scheduled for February 25th,  2013, the Version 5.10.2 release introduces support for this latest Microsoft Lync release, as well as Windows Server 2012, Windows 8, Office 2013, and SQL Server 2012.  With this release, prairieFyre Contact Center for Microsoft Lync customers can be confident that their core contact center business is fully supported by the latest Microsoft business productivity applications and infrastructure.
