Downgrade for cyber security white paperJan 28, 2013 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A white paper on cyber hacking issued in June 2011 is being overlooked in favour of a broader paper on the digital economy. Prime Minister Julia Gillard says a digital white paper will help Australia to examine deeper, long-term considerations. The Department of the Digital Economy is in charge of the new paper.
