CRMXchange Announces New Series of Live Webcasts to Demonstrate Emerging Technology Solutions

Montvale, NJ, Jan 22, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Cyber M@rketing Services/CRMXchange, the leader in online events for CRM and Contact Center professionals, announced a new series of webcasts designed to enable companies to learn more about new applications to help them operate more efficiently and improve the customer experience.

The Technology Innovation Showcase is a monthly program featuring live presentations on cutting-edge products by leading solution providers. The 20-minute live webcasts will include detailed demonstrations, application-specific case studies and implementation procedures as well as a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.

"We have not previously hosted online product demonstrations," said Sheri Greenhaus, managing partner of CRMXchange, "but the escalating demand for solutions that enable companies to differentiate themselves by providing better customer experience, coupled with audience requests for access to detailed information on updated applications made this new program a natural extension of our offerings." The Technology Innovation Showcase series will kick off on Thursday, January 31st with Five9, the leader in cloud contact center software, presenting "How to Build a Contact Center in 20 Minutes." Chris Miller, Director of Sales Engineering, will conduct a dynamic demonstration of the Five9 Virtual Contact Center Suite, which enables companies to respond to shifting business priorities and quickly set up new routing queues that enable skill-based call transfer, automatic callback and more.
