Telenor to supply Nets with telecom services in five European countriesJan 22, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Telenor Group, a provider of telecommunication, data and media services, has entered into an agreement with Nets, a European provider of payments, card and information services, to supply them with telecom and data services in five European countries for the next three years. Telenor will provide Nets with mobile and fixed telephony services, as well as DSL in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Estonia. This comprises the total of approximately 3000 subscriptions, of which 2000 are new additions. The agreement covers a period of three years, with an option for prolongation, and will be effective from 1 May 2013 at the latest. The total value of the three year contract is approximately NOK46 million. "We have chosen Telenor as our supplier of telecom and data services confident that we are receiving high quality, stable technical solutions and services.
