(OTCBB: WITD.OB) has filed with the SEC to change its name to Pitooey!, Inc. and the change should be officially confirmed in early February, 2013. The name change coincides with the company's pivot into social media and mobile marketing and is reflective of the innovative Pitooey! platform recently acquired by the company.
