The Producers Group Hires Executive Vice President of Distribution

The Producers Group (TPG) announced today they have hired Michael J. Vietri CLU as Executive Vice President of Distribution. Mike's focus will be on growing distribution with Brokers, Asset Managers, Insurance Agents, and Advisors. In addition, he will help provide the framework for talent acquisition and women's marketing and recruitment. The Producers Group is headquartered in San Diego, with offices located in New York, Chicago, Kansas City and Irvine.

Mike Vietri brings with him more than 25 years of various industry experience, including: accomplishments in mergers & acquisitions, corporate and financial turnarounds, leading change management, and department start-ups. He began his career as a financial services advisor and advanced through various levels of management at MetLife. While Mike was the Executive Vice President at MetLife, he was responsible for all of MetLife and New England Financial's distribution, along with MetLife Resources, which comprised of over 10,000 advisors. In addition, Mike was responsible for financial planning, multicultural marketing, compensation, recognition, and the Enterprise General Agency.

As an Executive Vice President for The PG, Mike's responsibilities are in line with his vast experience with talent acquisition, women's marketing initiatives, multicultural marketing and extended product offerings. Mike is well-known throughout the insurance industry and has been helping top producing advisors to grow their practice and better understand the dynamics of these much needed services. Mike serves on the board of The American College, as well as the board of Trilogy, Inc. Mike left MetLife in January of 2012 and became the president of V Group Consulting where he's worked with a number of distribution and insurance companies.
