New Xulon Book Leads Readers to Integrity

Maitland, FL, Jan 15, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Within the pages of Dr. William L. Jenkins's new book, Three Steps to Integrity ($15.99, paperback, 978-1-62419-772-7; $7.99, e-book, 978-1-62419-773-4), readers will learn what integrity really is and why it matters. In a modern society of corruption, the moral compass is often off center. Jenkins seeks to clear up the confusion created by wrong deeds, misinformation and lack of education on the matter. With his ABC model - Actions, Beliefs and Character - the author seeks to give his readers the tools they need to be purposeful about their lives and live with the integrity that is so sorely lacking in the United States.

"The daily news reveals an ever-increasing evidence of the lack of integrity in every institution of our society. Millions of Americans are still recovering from the loss of their homes, jobs and life savings as the result of the 2008 financial collapse, which was a direct result of the lack of integrity," states the author. "There is a desperate need in America for integrity, which starts with individuals and spreads to organizations, businesses, society and government." Dr. Jenkins, university professor, minister and technology manager, grew up in Yazoo City, Mississippi during the 1960s Civil Rights Era. He holds a B.S. in Education from Delta State University, where he did his student teaching at an all African-American high school in the Mississippi Delta in 1969. This was the start of his lifelong passion for social justice. Bill has also received his Master's of Divinity at Southern Seminary and earned his Doctorate at Columbia Theological Seminary near Atlanta.

Xulon Press, a division of Salem Communications, is the world's largest Christian self-publisher, with more than 8,000 titles published to date. Retailers may order Three Steps to Integrity through Ingram Book Company and/or Spring Arbor Book Distributors. The book is available online through xulonpress.com/bookstore, amazon.com, and barnesandnoble.com.
