(Arab Finance (Egypt) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Cairo - With the continuously increasing number of mobile subscribers and high demand for connectivity in Egypt, Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) recently showcased the latest Internet Protocol (IP) solution to Egypt's mobile operators and the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) as part of their "Fourth Generation Mobile Backhaul" roadshow. The event, held at the Smart Village Conference Centre, also focused on the latest industry innovations and technological advancements. During the event, Ericsson demoed their end-to-end solution component as a network model to telecom operators. The demo kit, along with a team of experts, is travelling around the world as part of the roadshow to be showcased to mobile operators, network providers and local telecom regulators.
