Computhink notched a rating of 4.8 out of a possible 5 in VAR Margins, Service, and Product Features, confirming Computhink's ranking as the leading, channel-driven vendor for product, service, and support in the document management industry. Results were tabulated by averaging ratings given in the following seven categories: Service/Support, Channel Friendly, Channel Program, Product Features, Product Reliability, Product Innovation, and Adequate Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Margins. The survey was conducted online, which allowed for over 7,500 votes to be cast. Business Solutions collected votes from VARs over a period from mid-September through early-October.
