Crawford Names David Repinski CEO of U.S. Property & CasualtyATLANTA, Jan. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- David J. Repinski, a highly experienced insurance executive with the proven ability to drive significant performance improvements in claims management organizations, has joined Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRDA; CRDB), the world's largest independent provider of claims management solutions, to lead its U.S. Property & Casualty business. As CEO of U.S. Property & Casualty, Repinski is responsible for the business unit's operations, ongoing services diversification; technology innovation and growth initiatives; maintaining and growing its core property and casualty claims adjusting operations, and its industry-leading Contractor Connection(SM) managed repair unit. He will also drive the further expansion of Crawford's large and complex claims unit, GTS®, in the United States. Repinski reports to Kevin B. Frawley, chief executive officer, Property & Casualty - Americas, and is based in Atlanta. "David has spent more than 20 years in the insurance claims industry in a wide range of operational, sales, marketing and executive roles," Frawley said. Repinski spent most of his career at a major worldwide claims management organization, where he last served as executive vice president for global corporate development. He also was president and chief executive officer of the company's U.S. operation, achieving double-digit year-over-year revenue growth and significantly improving profit margins during his six-year tenure. Previously, he held positions as executive vice president and chief operating officer of the U.S. operation and senior vice president of both field adjusting services and sales and marketing for that same division. Repinski began his claims adjusting career at Crawford & Company in 1991 as a multi-line field claims adjuster for three years. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta and is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), a global network of business leaders.
