Boulder weather: 1 to 2 inches of snow expected to fall tonight

Today's forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies with a high near 41 and winds 6 to 10 mph with gusts as high as 16 mph. There is a 10 percent chance of snow during the day.

Overnight temperatures are expected to reach a low of 24, with a 60 percent chance of snow after 11 p.m. and accumulation of 1 to 2 inches of new snow possible.


Wednesday's forecast calls for partly cloudy skies with a high near 24 and winds 8 to 13 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph. There is a 90 percent chance of snow before 11 a.m. The overnight low is expected to be near 11 with with winds 15 to 20 mph and gusts as high as 30 mph. The wind chill is expected to drop as low as -7.

Thursday's forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with a high near 34 and winds 6 to 11 mph and gusts as high as 16 mph. The overnight low is expected to be near 21.
