LiveOps Joins IntelePeer Service

Dec 18, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- IntelePeer, Inc., a provider of on-demand, cloud-based communications, announced that LiveOps, a provider of cloud contact center and customer service solutions, has joined IntelePeer's Fluent Federation-as-a-Service.

"As a cloud contact center platform provider for mission-critical customer service, it's vital for us to partner with best-in-class service providers. By including IntelePeer in our partner community, LiveOps is well-positioned for next-generation telecommunications technology needs," said Mark Westover, senior vice president, Finance and Operations, at LiveOps, in a release. "Just as one of the major benefits of the LiveOps platform is the cost-efficient cloud, IntelePeer's Fluent service enables us to offer an alternative to the PSTN with additional capabilities and improved cost efficiency." "IntelePeer's Fluent federation service empowers enterprises and contact centers around the world to easily bridge their disparate IP networks, provide a path to emerging premium services and features, and reduce their costs associated with network connectivity," said Margaret Norton, general manager, Enterprises, at IntelePeer. "Our service enables contact centers to remove the hassles in managing communications and focus on delivering a world-class customer service experience."
