Technical Communications reports loss for Q4


Dec 17, 2012 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Technical Communications Corporation has reported that net loss for the fourth quarter ended September 29, 2012 was $489,000, or $0.27 loss per share, compared to net income of $255,000, or $0.14 per share, for the same quarter ended September 24, 2011.



Net sales for the fourth quarter ended September 29, 2012 were $1.33 million, compared to $2.24 million, for the same quarter ended September 24, 2011.

Net loss for the year ended September 29, 2012 was $841,000, or $0.46 loss per diluted share, compared to net income of $2.27 million, or $1.21 per diluted share, for the year ended September 24, 2011.


Net sales for the year ended September 29, 2012 were $8.12 million, compared to $12.1 million, for the year ended September 24, 2011.
