The9, ZTE to Found Network Tech JVWUXI, Dec 12, 2012 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- The9 Limited (NASDAQ: NCTY) and ZTE Corporation (SZSE: 000063, SEHK: 0763) reached a cooperation agreement today to establish a network technology joint venture (JV) in Wuxi. The two sides will develop an industrial demonstration base in Wuxi for value-added TV business to promote China's value-added interactive TV business.
